Members must keep their NBHA membership current. Should a membership lapse for more than 30 days, a member will forfeit all work points for the current year.

A current Coggins is required. Please bring a copy for the club to keep on hand.

It is a member's responsibility to call to see if a show has been cancelled due to bad weather. Call the morning of the show 903-496-7013.

Be sure to fill out the entire entry form when signing up. It is not the club's responsibility for incorrect information. The sign up table will draw for running order. It is the contestants responsibility to keep up with draw numbers and times. NO substitutions will be made with out prior approval.

Each county in the district will need a county representative to assist in hosting a show in their county. Anyone wishing to head their county needs to contact the District Director or their age group director.

Each age group will need a director to oversee fundraisers and awards for their group.

$10 non-member fee will apply to all NBHA sanctioned shows.

There will be a $5 penalty for exhibitions over 60 seconds.

A contestant will be called to run 3 times. If contestant is not at the alley attempting to enter the arena the contestant will receive a No Time.

Anyone running out of order will receive a No Time, unless called upon by the show staff.

Excessive fowl, rude or vulgar language will result in dismissal from the show and all points will be forfeited for the day.

Roll over times are allowed. Contestant's time will roll over from Youth/Senior class into the open. Contestants will not be allowed to run in Open and roll over time into the Youth/Senior.
Youth/Senior entries will be allowed to roll over their times into the open only if stated when entering the youth/senior class. NO roll over will be allowed after the contestant has run in the Youth/Senior class.
AWARD RULES

A member must compete in 70% of the shows to be eligible for year end awards.

New members that have competed in previous shows as non members will NOT be awarded any points for past shows.

Each member is required to participate in fundraisers/selling sponsorships.
A. 5 points for Added Money Sponsor.
B. 4 points for each Saddle Sponsor.
C. 3 points for each Buckle Sponsor.
D. 2 points for each Year End Sponsor.
E. 1 points for each Website/Newsletter Sponsor.

Each member is required to work during the show. (ex. Setting barrels, checking timer, alley attendant, etc.) Youth must be accompanied by a parent/guardian. It is the responsibility of each member to log their work time at the sign up table before leaving.

Members will forfeit points for each show not worked.

Members can earn additional points by recruiting new members. For each new member recruited, a member will receive 1 point.

Members can pre-enter for shows and earn 1 work point. Only 1 point can be earned per show, number of entries will not add extra points. Pre-entries can be sent by mail or email. Pre-entries must be received by noon the day before the show. Entry fees will be paid at the show. Office will draw running positions. Contestant's draw position will be available after entry is paid. Contestant's not showing up or competing will be fined the entry fee, loose 2 work points and the privilege of pre-entering.

In the event of a tie, the member who has the most work points will receive the award.If there is still a tie winner will be determined in the following order:
A. The contestant who completed at the most shows will receive the award
B. Show dates that both contestants competed will be averaged, the fastest time of those shows will receive the award.
C. Last resort will be a run off
